Rompers Nursery provides high quality affordable childcare facilities in order to increase participation in both training opportunities and the workplace.

The project itself has provided employment for 6 staff plus trainees. Funding has been raised for this project from The Welsh Assembly Government,

The Welsh Development Agency and The Coalfields Regeneration Trust. Additionally £5,000 has been raised for nursery resources from Neath Port Talbot Council.

Thanks to funding from the Welsh Assembly Government, Neath Port Talbot Key Fund, Department of Enterprise Innovation, Early Years Development, Childcare Parnership (EYDCP), and Networks, Rompers Nursery has now expanded to take babies from birth, in addition to 2 to 7 year olds.
