Glynneath Training Centre is a small independent charity and community led organisation. We aim to create local opportunities that can help improve skills and prospects, support community well-being and quality of life.  We work in partnership with a wide range of agencies and helpful services to bring essential resources to our community. We offer community based services, including Centre for Learning & Volunteering, Rompers Nursery, JavaBean Community Cafe, Rheola Walled Garden, Fane Arts Centre and Revive Shop.

We are currently recruiting for a new pilot project, working in partnership with Play Works Neath Port Talbot 

 

“Lle Ni/Our Space”, a play initiative for 5-11 year olds:

 

Lead Play Worker - £10.00 per hour

Assistant Play Worker - £8.50 per hour

 

You will have previous proven experience of working in an open play setting with young children and a Play Work Qualification or equivalent, to at least Level 2.  Full Driving licence is essential.

 

These are fixed term, sessional posts (evenings/some days during school holidays), for a fixed term period of 12 months, with possible continuation. (Project start date end July 2017)
